Welcome to Magic Library, a product of Wizard Ventures GmbH, located at Bugenhagenstr. 11, 10551 Berlin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, and commerce services ("Services"), and any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Magic Library provides a library of social media ad templates available for Canva and Figma. Users can sign up for a free account to download one ad template per day or opt for a premium subscription (monthly or yearly) to access unlimited downloads.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, we ask for your email address and a password. For premium accounts, we also require payment information (credit card or other payment methods). By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Subscription and Pricing

Magic Library offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Users can sign up and download one ad template per day.
• Premium Plan: Users can choose between monthly or yearly subscriptions, which allow unlimited downloads of ad templates.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal: The Premium subscription will be automatically renewed every month or year on the day you purchased the subscription. If we cannot debit your account due to reasons such as credit card blocking or insufficient funds, your account will be temporarily suspended until the payment method is updated and sufficient funds are available.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Magic Library, you agree:

• Not to share your account with others.
• Not to redistribute the social media ad templates you download.
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and the Content are owned by Wizard Ventures GmbH or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and Content for your personal use. Disclaimer of Warranties: Magic Library provides its website and services "as is" and without any warranties or representations, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Content or any other content on our website.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Wizard Ventures GmbH, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you cancel a premium subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Berlin, Germany.
